He has taught trial advocacy techniques across Canada\, including serving as adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School from 2013-2017. Justice Devlin was appointed a Justice of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta in 2019. \nMona Duckett KC\, Dawson\, Duckett\, Garcia & Johnson \nAfter graduating from the U of A Faculty of Law in 1983\, Mona practiced criminal defence and related administrative law\, including professional disciplinary work. She served as a Bencher with the Law Society of Alberta from 2000 to 2006\, finishing her tenure at the Law Society as president. She is a past president of the Criminal Trial Lawyers Association and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
